Entegrity EW50 Wind Turbine
The EW50 is a 50 kilowatt wind turbine generator - formerly the Atlantic Orient
Corporation AOC 15/50 - designed to replace grid supplied energy or supplement electric
power generation off-grid. Subject to the wind regime of a site, the EW50 is suitable
in any of the following applications:
The Entegrity wind turbine is also an approved product under the Department for
Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform's (BERR - formerly the DTi) Low Carbon
Building Programme (LCBP) grant scheme.
The EW is also eligible for 5% VAT and the recent consultation paper on the Renewable
Obligation Certificates (ROC's) recommends that turbine >50kW should qualify
for double ROC which should come into effect soon.
