Perpetual Energy offers a turnkey approach (also known as Design and Build) to delivering sustainable heating, cooling and power. At the strategic corporate level, this also extends delivering policy.

Our team of design experts are drawn from industry and academia and have practical and theoretical knowledge of utility energy and building energy/renewable energy systems.

Perpetual Energy applies a holistic approach to energy use. We do so by applying any or all of the following elements:

• Undertaking a high level review of energy use and emissions
• Reviewing an existing energy efficiency strategy and/or designing a new system
• Detailed model of cost, energy, carbon and return on investment conditions to identify the optimum solution. This is usually a combination of energy efficiency and energy production/sourcing analysis
• Undertaking detailed system design/planning usually in conjunction with existing energy system consultants who have knowledge of the site
• Drafting and implementing policy changes
• Providing several financial and ownership options to address the potential capital investment requirements
• Supplying, installing and commissioning systems
• Maintaining systems
• Training
